This Phase 1 study uses a blood test called ctDNA to decide whether and how to adjust treatment in people with colon cancer who still have a small amount of disease left after surgery. If your blood test remains positive, the trial aims to reduce recurrence risk by guiding treatment changes.

Who can take part

  • You have confirmed colon adenocarcinoma (or certain colon-cancer–type tumors treated like colon cancer after surgery).
  • Your cancer is Stage II, III, or IV after surgery done with cure intent, and you started (and finished at least 3 months of) standard after-surgery chemotherapy.
  • Your ctDNA blood test (Signatera MRD) is positive at least 3 months after finishing perioperative chemotherapy.
  • You must be 18 or older, able to swallow pills, and well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2).
  • You cannot be recently treated or not recovered: no major surgery in the last 4 weeks, and no chemotherapy or radiation within 2 weeks.
  • You must use effective birth control if pregnancy is possible, and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
