AMB-05X for colorectal cancer with ctDNA after treatment

This trial tests a drug called AMB-05X for people with colorectal cancer who have completed all intended treatments and show no signs of cancer on scans, but still have cancer DNA (ctDNA) in their blood. Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with colon or rectal cancer (adenocarcinoma).
  • You have finished all planned treatments (like surgery or chemotherapy) and are currently cancer-free on scans.
  • You have a positive ctDNA (Signatera) blood test after completing your treatments, showing there may still be cancer cells.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are in good enough health to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell function as determined by routine lab tests.
