Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with colorectal adenocarcinoma (a type of colon or rectal cancer).
- Your cancer is stage II with high-risk features, stage III after surgery, or stage IV with liver or lung metastases that can be removed at the same time as the primary tumor.
- You have had a positive ctDNA MRD test (a specialized blood test that finds leftover tumor DNA) after surgery, with no signs of cancer on other blood tests or scans.
- Your liver, kidney, and bone marrow function are within certain safe limits (we will check with simple blood tests).
- You are willing to give informed consent and follow the study procedures.
