Study drug CM93 for EGFR-mutated recurrent glioblastoma

Who can take part

  • You have recurrent or progressing WHO grade 4 glioblastoma (or a related high-grade brain tumor with glioblastoma-like features) that is IDH “wild type” (not IDH-mutated).
  • Your tumor tissue from prior surgery must show an EGFR mutation or EGFR “extra copies” (amplification).
  • You must have already had standard radiation for your first treatment, and your tumor must be confirmed growing on MRI with measurable disease.
  • You need usable tumor samples from past surgery (either 1 tumor tissue block or 20 slides) so the team can test the EGFR again and do extra sequencing.
  • You must be able to recover from prior treatment effects (symptoms at grade 0–1) and be at least 18 years old.
  • Your blood counts and organ function must meet lab thresholds, and your heart pumping strength must be strong enough (left ventricular ejection fraction at least 50%).
