Who can take part

  • You have glioblastoma that has returned after standard treatment with radiation and temozolomide chemotherapy.
  • You are at least 3 months past the radiation and chemotherapy part of your initial treatment.
  • You are on a stable or decreasing dose of steroids for at least 7 days before the trial starts.
  • Your brain tumor can be seen on an MRI and measures at least 10 millimeters in two directions.
  • You have good overall health (able to do most daily activities) and adequate blood, liver, and kidney function.
