Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 75 years old
- You have obesity (BMI over 30) or are overweight (BMI over 25) plus at least one risk like high blood pressure, diabetes/prediabetes, or abnormal cholesterol
- Your weight has stayed fairly stable in the last 6 months (not changing by more than 4 kg total)
- You have internet access, an email address, and a smartphone, and you can read French
- You are not currently doing a structured nutrition/weight program, and you don’t plan to start one during the next year
- You can agree to take part and sign consent in writing or electronically
