- Have a BMI of 25 or higher OR your waist measures at least 80 cm (women) or 94 cm (men)
- Have a personal smartphone you can use

- Be covered by the French health system

- Not use an implanted or electronic medical device like a pacemaker, insulin pump, or cochlear implant
