Who can take part
- You are 18–75 years old and have a gastrointestinal cancer that is back or has spread
- You can likely live more than 3 months and are well enough for study procedures (performance score 0–2 or similar)
- You have a tumor area that can be biopsied/removed, or fluid where immune cells can be collected
- Recent blood tests must be adequate (white blood cells, neutrophils, platelets, and hemoglobin) within 7 days
- You must have enough liver, kidney, and blood-clotting function on recent lab results
- You must have had no chemo, radiation, or other cancer medicines for at least 28 days before the tumor cells are collected
