This study uses a blood test called ctDNA to look for leftover lung cancer after surgery. Based on that result, the trial will help decide which treatment approach is best for you and may catch cancer returning earlier.

Who can take part

  • Be 18 or older and able to sign consent before any study tests.
  • Have fully removed lung cancer surgery: T1–2 N0 M0 or T3/T4 with multiple areas, with complete resection.
  • No prior chemotherapy or radiation for your resected lung cancer.
  • Have a detectable ctDNA blood test result (using the RaDaR/Inivata test) before or after surgery.
  • Have good general health and strength (ECOG 0–1) and a life expectancy of at least 24 months.
