Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 70 years old
- Your kidney cancer is advanced or has spread, and you have had earlier targeted treatment
- You’ve had at least one immunotherapy type like PD-1 or PD-L1, with no more than two total immunotherapy regimens
- Tests show your liver, kidneys, lungs, and heart are working well enough for treatment
- You (or your legal guardian) can understand the study and sign informed consent
- You cannot have certain infections or other cancers, and you must not have major allergy or uncontrolled health problems
