Who can take part
- Confirmed clear cell kidney cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed, and has gotten worse despite prior standard treatments
- Previously received at least one immune therapy (like nivolumab or pembrolizumab) and at least one anti-angiogenic therapy (like sunitinib or bevacizumab), or cannot tolerate these standard options
- Tumor tissue shows specific markers (CD70 and/or CAIX) on lab testing
- Good overall health (ECOG score 0–1) with adequate heart, lung, liver, and kidney function
- At least 12 weeks life expectancy and willingness to use effective birth control if applicable
- No active brain cancer, untreated infections, or uncontrolled autoimmune disease
