Who can take part
- You have advanced kidney cancer that has not been cured by standard treatments and has returned or gotten worse after at least one prior therapy.
- A sample of your tumor must show a specific marker (CD70) on the cancer cells.
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old and have adequate organ function (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs).
- You cannot have certain infections (like active hepatitis B or C, HIV, syphilis) or have had gene therapy before.
- You must agree to use effective birth control for at least one year after treatment.
