Who can take part
- You can sign consent and follow the study steps as the study team asks
- Your lung cancer is stage IIIB, IIIC, or stage IV, and you cannot have curative surgery or standard radical radiation
- After 3–4 cycles of PD-1 treatment (with or without chemotherapy), your cancer was judged “stable” (not shrinking but not progressing)
- Your tumor tests did NOT show common gene drivers like EGFR mutations or ALK/ROS1 gene fusions
- You have at least one measurable lung lesion, and your performance status is 0–1 (fairly able to function)
- You have adequate heart, lung, and organ function and no major recent severe infections or serious medication reactions
