Who can take part

  • You are age 20 or older.
  • This is your first pregnancy/first-time parenthood, and you are carrying one baby.
  • You are in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
  • You and your support partner can read and write in Mandarin.
  • Your husband or support partner is willing to join the program.
  • You can access the internet on a phone or computer every day.
