Who can take part
- Be 18 to 75 years old
- Have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread
- Have already tried first-line treatment with anti–PD-1/PD-L1 plus chemotherapy and it did not work
- Be able to undergo study treatment with good overall condition (doctor rates performance as 0 or 1)
- Have at least one measurable cancer spot on scans
- Be willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 120 days after the last dose
