Who can take part
- Pathologically confirmed advanced gastric or esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma that has failed at least second-line treatment
- Your tumor must test positive for CLDN18.2 protein by immunohistochemistry staining
- Age 18–70 years old
- Adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow) as shown by blood and chemistry tests
- No active infections (HIV, hepatitis B or C, active tuberculosis, EBV, or CMV)
- No prior genetic-engineered cell therapies (CAR-T, TCR-T) and no brain metastases
