Who can take part

  • Pathologically confirmed advanced gastric or esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma that has failed at least second-line treatment
  • Your tumor must test positive for CLDN18.2 protein by immunohistochemistry staining
  • Age 18–70 years old
  • Adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow) as shown by blood and chemistry tests
  • No active infections (HIV, hepatitis B or C, active tuberculosis, EBV, or CMV)
  • No prior genetic-engineered cell therapies (CAR-T, TCR-T) and no brain metastases
