Who can take part
- You have advanced stomach cancer or cancer where the stomach meets the food pipe that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
- You have already tried one line of chemotherapy plus a PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy (like Keytruda) and it no longer works.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (CT or MRI).
- You are age 18 to 75 and are well enough to do light work or fully active (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have not had a taxane chemotherapy (like Taxol) in the last 6 months, and you have not had treatments that block blood vessel growth (VEGF inhibitors).
