Who can take part
- You have ER-positive and HER2-negative breast cancer confirmed by a pathology report
- Your cancer was considered high-risk early stage, or it was treated with certain chemo/endocrine approaches before surgery
- You have had surgery with clear margins and scans show no visible spread or incurable local disease
- You are able to provide stored tumor tissue and take frequent blood samples
- You have been on standard hormone therapy for at least 6 months (up to 7 years) with an extra 3 years planned
- Your general health labs and heart/lung health are adequate, and you can take oral study medicine safely
