Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old with hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative breast cancer.
  • You must have a tumor that is at least stage T1c-2N0M0 with high-risk features, or T3N0M0, or any tumor with positive lymph nodes.
  • You need to have not received any prior treatment for this breast cancer (like chemotherapy, radiation, or hormone therapy).
  • Your overall health should be good enough that you can do most daily activities (ECOG 0-1).
  • You cannot have had another cancer in the last 5 years (except for some cured skin cancers or cervical carcinoma in situ).
  • You must not have serious lung or heart problems, active infections, or certain viral infections like HIV or untreated hepatitis B/C.
