- Be 7 to 12 years old
- Have PTSD for at least 6 months after the injury/trauma
- Recent PTSD symptom score is high (CPTS-RI total 40 or more)
- Have resting heart rate at least 55 beats per minute and normal enough blood pressure
- Be able to follow the study in French (child and parent/guardian are fluent)
