Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You have cancer that has spread (stage 4) and is currently getting worse despite your current treatment.
  • Only 1 to 5 new or growing tumors, each no bigger than a lime (5 cm), in no more than 3 organs (not including your brain).
  • These tumors are outside your brain and can be safely treated with high-precision radiation.
  • You are well enough to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG 0-2).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and do not have a tumor pressing on your spinal cord or growing into your digestive tract.
