Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older, and you can understand and sign consent forms
  • Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0 to 2) and you have at least 6 months to live
  • Your cancer has spread to multiple places on scans, and all known spots can be planned safely for radiation
  • You have at least 11 metastases you can treat (and if the main tumor is treated, you may need at least 12 targets total)
  • You can get a detailed scan work-up within 12 weeks (often brain MRI, plus whole-body imaging such as PET/CT)
  • You’ll be off most cancer medicines (chemotherapy/targeted therapy/immunotherapy) for 3 months, unless it’s hormone treatment
