  • You have a diagnosis of cerebral palsy (CP)
  • Your CP diagnosis was confirmed when you were 5 years old
  • You were born in Switzerland, received CP care in Switzerland, or currently live in Switzerland
  • You can (or your representative can) give informed consent
  • Your condition is not only low muscle tone without other CP features
