- Be an infant younger than 12 months
- Have cerebral palsy diagnosis OR be considered high risk for CP
- High risk may be based on brain scan findings, movement exam patterns, and/or specific nervous system scores
- If you have a one-sided brain injury plus early signs on one side, you may still qualify even with higher score cutoffs
- Not have a progressive or neurodegenerative disorder (conditions that worsen over time) or a genetic disorder not linked to CP
- Not have another condition such as Down syndrome
