Who can take part

  • You can sign informed consent and you’re expected to live at least 3 months
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has grown despite, or doesn’t allow, standard treatments
  • Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot (per RECIST 1.1) during screening
  • Your health and lab tests are in acceptable ranges (blood counts, liver, kidneys, heart rhythm, thyroid)
  • You must not start other cancer treatments right before the first dose (typically no treatment in the prior 4 weeks)
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose
