Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a solid tumor that is advanced or has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor must be measurable (able to be seen on scans).
- You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and organ function must be within certain limits.
- You must not have other cancers that are active or need treatment, except for some early-stage skin or bladder cancers.
- You must not have untreated or uncontrolled brain metastases.
- You must not have serious bleeding risk, recent major surgery, or poorly healing wounds.
- You must not have human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), active hepatitis B or C, or active tuberculosis.
- You must not have a history of interstitial lung disease or certain lung conditions.
- If you are having the drug alone (Cohort 1), you must not have received PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors before.
- Except for certain cohorts, you must not have had prior treatment with drugs that block blood vessel growth (VEGFR-TKI or other anti-angiogenic agents).
- You must agree to use contraception during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
