Who can take part
- You have a complete spinal cord injury (ASIA A) in the lower body (lumbar, or lower neck C5–C7), not C1–C4
- Your nerve pain has lasted at least 3 months and is at least 4 out of 10 on most days
- Your pain test score is above a certain level on a spinal cord pain questionnaire (SCIPI)
- You’re 18 or older, and your injury happened more than 1 year ago
- You can follow spoken English, are not incarcerated, and you can understand the program
- You can use the program with reliable internet and your medication has been stable for at least 1 month
