Online walking program to ease nerve pain after spinal cord injury

Who can take part

  • You have a complete spinal cord injury (ASIA A) in the lower body (lumbar, or lower neck C5–C7), not C1–C4
  • Your nerve pain has lasted at least 3 months and is at least 4 out of 10 on most days
  • Your pain test score is above a certain level on a spinal cord pain questionnaire (SCIPI)
  • You’re 18 or older, and your injury happened more than 1 year ago
  • You can follow spoken English, are not incarcerated, and you can understand the program
  • You can use the program with reliable internet and your medication has been stable for at least 1 month
