Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid tumor cancer that’s been proven by a pathology test (biopsy or cells).
  • Your cancer has either been treated before and stopped working, or you can’t take the standard treatments that usually help.
  • Your scans must show measurable cancer spots (measurable disease).
  • Your general strength/ability to do daily activities must be in a certain range (ECOG 0–2, depending on the group).
  • Your organs must work well enough for study treatment (blood tests/liver/kidneys are acceptable).
  • You must be able to provide tumor tissue before starting, and in some groups also have an extra biopsy during treatment.
