Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor confirmed by a lab test (biopsy or cytology).
  • Your usual standard treatments have failed, or you have no standard option, or you couldn’t tolerate standard treatment.
  • Your daily function is good: you are fully active or limited only a little (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You expect to live at least 3 months.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that can be tracked over time; if a spot was previously treated with radiation, it must have grown again after radiation.
  • A study doctor must agree you’re suitable to join (they can exclude you for safety or other concerns).
