Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and able to sign consent
- Have advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or has spread (metastatic)
- Your cancer must have worsened after a PD-1 or PD-L1 treatment (anti–PD-1/PD-L1 drugs)
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on CT scan or MRI
- Be able to do daily activities at an ECOG score of 0–2 (lower is better)
- Have enough blood counts and safe liver, kidney, and clotting test results
