Stem cell treatment for severe or critical COVID-19

Corona Virus InfectionCovid19

Part of Infections, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests donated (allogeneic) fat-derived stem cells to see if they improve outcomes in adults with severe or critical COVID-19. It may help calm severe lung/immune problems, but whether it works and is safe will be studied in this Phase 2 study.

Matched donor immune therapy for mild to moderate COVID-19

This early-phase study tests immune cells from a matched family donor (made to target the COVID-19 virus) to see if they can help people with mild-to-moderate COVID-19 who are hospitalized and at higher risk for getting sicker. It aims to check safety first and also look for signs of benefit.

Stem cell treatment for people at high risk of COVID-19

This Phase 2 study tests whether donated-from-your-own-fat stem cells can improve outcomes for people who are high risk for getting COVID-19, but who have never had COVID-19 and test negative right now. It may help your immune system and reduce complications if you become infected during the study.
