This study uses brain MRI images to better understand how a protein called tau spreads in Alzheimer’s disease and related conditions. If you’re 55 or older and had an MRI close to your diagnosis, you may be eligible.

Who can take part
- You are age 55 or older
- You had a brain MRI within 6 months before or after your diagnosis
- Your diagnosis is Alzheimer’s disease, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or normal thinking
- You do not have Alzheimer’s disease mixed with other types of dementia
- You do not have a dementia caused by something other than Alzheimer’s disease
- You do not have a history of severe brain injury, severe depression, stroke, brain tumor, or a major new whole-body illness
