Who can take part
- You are age 16 or older
- You can give written informed consent (or your legal guardian can, if applicable)
- You have melanoma that is stage III or stage IV (locally advanced or metastatic)
- There is a tumour spot that doctors can safely biopsy (they may use imaging or surgery)
- If you join the biopsy/blood part, your recent blood count and clotting tests must be acceptable
