Who can take part

  • A clinical psychologist must confirm you have autism spectrum disorder using specific interview/testing methods
  • Your overall thinking ability (IQ) must be above 60
  • You must be able to understand and follow instructions for the tests and the stimulation
  • You should not have severe movement or coordination problems that would make participation difficult
  • You must not have a history of other major brain/mental health disorders or head injury, and you should not be taking psychiatric medicines
