- Your child’s weight is in the overweight or obesity range for their age and sex (BMI at or above the 90th percentile).
- Your child is between 6 and under 12 years old when enrolling.
- Both parents or legal guardians must be able to sign consent for the study.

- No sibling is already enrolled in this same HOT-versus-COT trial.
