Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a stem cell transplant history and one of these lung-related situations: BOS, BOS 0p, or non-lung cGVHD but no current lung impairment
  • Be able and willing to come to M.D. Anderson for follow-up care
  • Be able to understand the study and sign informed consent
  • Not have a serious lung infection right now
  • Be able to tolerate MRI (no severe claustrophobia that prevents scans)
