- You are getting Synergy XD and/or Synergy Megatron stents
- You (or your guardian) agree to the study plan and follow-up visits
- You must be able to give written informed consent
- You should not already have other types of drug-eluting stents mixed in
- You should not have a life-limiting illness expected to last 1 year or less
