Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older, and you have follicular lymphoma that tests positive for CD20 (a marker on the lymphoma cells).
  • Your lymphoma has not been treated yet with radiation, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy.
  • Your cancer stage is early (stage I or II) based on PET scan imaging.
  • Your lymphoma is limited in size, with the largest lymph node/area measuring 7 cm or less.
  • You can do usual activities fairly well (ECOG 0–2) and have blood counts that are high enough (ANC, platelets, and hemoglobin meet set minimums).
  • If you can become pregnant (or someone could become pregnant from you), you must use effective birth control during treatment and for 18 months after.
