Who can take part
- Diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that has relapsed or is refractory (hasn't responded to) at least 2 prior systemic therapies
- At least 2 sites of cancer that can be measured, with at least one site not receiving radiation as part of this study
- Able to tolerate radiation therapy up to 20 Gray (a radiation dose) to up to 3 lesions
- Adequate blood counts, liver function, and kidney function (specific lab values required)
- Age 18 or older and able to give informed consent
- If of childbearing potential, willing to use effective contraception and have a negative pregnancy test
