This trial studies whether cabozantinib plus lanreotide can slow or shrink gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors that have gotten worse despite previous treatments. If you qualify, you’ll be closely monitored for tumor response and side effects.

Who can take part
- You have a confirmed G1 or G2 neuroendocrine tumor from the GI/pancreas area that is locally advanced or has spread, and it has progressed after at least one (or more) prior targeted pill treatment and/or chemotherapy (depending on the tumor grade).
- Your scans must show your cancer has grown within the last 12 months.
- You must be at least 20 years old, and feel well enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1).
- Your body must be able to tolerate treatment based on recent blood/organ tests (for example: enough white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and acceptable liver and kidney results).
- You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on a scan and an expected life span of more than 12 weeks.
- You must not have had cabozantinib before, and you must not have had certain cancer drugs, chemotherapy, or recent radiation within the required time windows before starting.
