Who can take part
- You must be age 18 or older and able/willing to sign informed consent.
- Your cancer must be a specific type: well-differentiated lung or GI neuroendocrine tumor (NET G1–G3) that progressed after prior therapy, or large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma with Ki-67 <55% after platinum chemotherapy.
- Your scans (within the last 12 months) must show measurable, growing cancer on CT or MRI.
- You must be able to swallow, and your overall health must be good enough (ECOG performance status 0–2).
- Your body tests must be acceptable (blood counts, liver, and kidney function), and you must have recovered from past treatment side effects.
- You must have had enough time since prior treatments (generally 4 weeks since targeted therapy/chemo, and 6 months since PRRT), and you cannot have had cabozantinib or temozolomide before.
