This trial studies whether cabozantinib plus lanreotide can slow or shrink gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors that have gotten worse despite previous treatments. If you qualify, you’ll be closely monitored for tumor response and side effects.

Testing lanreotide before pancreas surgery to prevent leaks
This trial tests if a medicine called lanreotide, given before surgery, can prevent a common complication (pancreatic leak) after removing part of the pancreas. It is for people with pancreatic cancer or a growth that could become cancer who are scheduled for a specific type of pancreas surgery.

Lu177-Dotatate vs standard care for slow-growing midgut neuroendocrine tumors
This trial tests whether a radioactive drug called Lu177-Dotatate (PRRT) works better than usual care for people with slow-growing, advanced midgut neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). It may help shrink or slow the growth of tumors when you also get somatostatin analog therapy.
