Who can take part

  • You are a military or civilian diver with at least 100 completed dives
  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • You are in good physical shape, able to run and swim steadily for 30 minutes
  • You are not currently temporarily unable to dive for medical reasons
  • You do not have medical reasons you should not do exercise or scuba diving
  • You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
