Who can take part
- You are a military or civilian diver with at least 100 completed dives
- You are between 18 and 60 years old
- You are in good physical shape, able to run and swim steadily for 30 minutes
- You are not currently temporarily unable to dive for medical reasons
- You do not have medical reasons you should not do exercise or scuba diving
- You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
