  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a doctor-made diagnosis of swimming-induced pulmonary edema (SIPE)
  • You need urgent treatment because your oxygen level is low (oxygen saturation 91% or lower)
  • You can give consent (or your legal representative can) to join the study
  • No signs of an urgent heart problem are suspected
