Who can take part
- You took part in the Vansbrosimningen open-water swimming event (as a swimmer in the study).
- If you’re in the patient group: you had breathing symptoms during or after swimming.
- If you’re in the patient group: a lung ultrasound showed signs of lung fluid (pulmonary edema).
- If you’re in the patient group: your oxygen level was 95% or lower during the episode.
- You cannot join if you cannot or do not consent, or if you were very unstable or had reduced awareness.
