Who can take part
- You have confirmed prostate cancer (from biopsy/scan results)
- Your cancer is metastatic or has returned after local treatment (like surgery or radiation), with PSA that’s stable or improving for at least 2 months
- You’ve been on hormone-blocking treatment for at least 3 months (GnRH medicine or surgical castration) and expect low testosterone for the next 6 months
- Your body condition allows exercise: you can complete a supervised maximal exercise stress test
- You can use a smartphone (Android or iPhone) and speak/read English
- Blood counts and heart safety limits must be met (hemoglobin ≥ 9 and platelets ≥ 75,000, and no unsafe heart rhythm/heart function issues)
