- You have anal cancer that has come back (recurrent cancer).
- Your diagnosis is confirmed by biopsy as squamous cell carcinoma.
- You previously received radiation above 30 Gy (radiation dose you had before).
- Doctors have created a dose plan from your original radiation treatment and you can provide the needed records.
- Your doctors believe there are no far-away metastases that remove curative options (based on PET-CT).
- You can complete the full course of radiation and return for follow-up visits, and you can have MRI and PET-CT scans.
