  • You must be age 18 or older.
  • You have confirmed anal canal squamous cell carcinoma and you have not started treatment for it yet.
  • Your health/activity level must be good (ECOG 0–1).
  • You can understand the study and sign written consent.
  • Your cancer must be in the anal canal area (perianal skin cancer alone does not qualify).
