Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- Your cancer is confirmed as oral squamous cell carcinoma (mouth/throat areas like tongue, gums, inner cheek, or hard palate)
- Your cancer is stage III or stage IVA with no spread to distant organs (M0)
- Your tumor has a PD-L1 “combined positive score” higher than 10
- Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG score 0 to 2)
- You can safely take study medicines based on recent blood tests, heart/liver/kidney health, and infection status
