Who can take part
- You are older than 18 years
- You are either a healthy adult with no foot/leg problems, or you have heel pain linked to plantar fasciitis for over 60 days
- If you have plantar fasciitis: heel pain is on the inner/center bottom of the heel and has lasted more than 2 months
- Your BMI must be 35 or less
- You are not pregnant in the third trimester
- You do not have certain nerve or foot diagnoses (like diabetic nerve problems or heel pad syndrome) and have not had foot/ankle surgery or a major hindfoot injury in the past year
